This is the Tomorrow Queen Vanilla Pod + the severed Bothead from the Popbot series created by Ashley Wood. Released back in 2011 by Ashley Wood x ThreeA toys.

The Tomorrow Queen Vanilla Pod is a 1/6 figure which is about 12" (30 cm) tall and has a fully articulated body. She comes with two swords, a shotgun, a shoulderbag and a sweet severed robot head.
