This is the 36" Tongue Tied Qee by US artist Jason Freeny. Jason Freeny is famously known for his remarkable anatomy customs and his work with Toy2r, instead of the anatomy design he chose for a sweet tongue twister for on the new 36" Bear Qee design.
To have a size idea of the 36" Tongue Tied Qee, check the last picture. You have 16" (40 cm) in the back, a 36" (90 cm) in Mr Toy2r arms and surrounded by a 70" (175 cm) Bunee and a 60" (150 cm) Bear.
